Residency is an interior design practice based in the New York City metro area.

Our primary objective is to transform your space into a thoughtful and personal home, but also into something fun, original, charming and cozy. We think the most successful projects are those that possess personality and impose delight. With a keen and instinctual approach, Residency aims for a collaborative design dialogue and believes great ideas and beautiful things emerge when minds align.

Prior to the launch of Residency in 2025, Kate worked for and learned from Ralph Lauren and Peter Marino in New York City. She holds degrees from Virginia Tech and Parsons The New School of Design.
